A bit about Me
I hail from Nairobi, Kenya, currently residing in Toronto, Canada. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with a passion for driving results, building collaborative teams, and delivering value across every phase of a project lifecycle.

With over 7 years of experience across Fintech, Banking and Healthcare, I have honed my skills in creating and implementing high-impact technology solutions turning complex ideas into structured outcomes.

In 2023/2024 while at Nexim Healthcare Consultants in Barrie Ontario, I made significant contributions as a change manager, increasing operational efficiency and quality assurance by over 40% through implementation of robust scheduling and HR management software, Deputy & BambooHR for over 900 staff.

Additionally, through strategic enhancements in software applications while leading projects in Co-operative bank of Kenya, I successfully increased mobile bulk payments transactions by over 300% within the first 6 months of implementation.
By also developing a digital loan reconciliation tool, I increased the efficiency of the reconciliation process by 90% lowering the reconciliation time from over 3hrs to less than 20 minutes and maintaining a consistent accuracy of over 99%.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, tennis, a good gym workout, Afro-Latin dance socials and recently, I have become quite fond of skiing.
